Detailed Insights into Mechanical and Thermal Properties
HYMAG’IN conducted mechanical tests, including tensile strength, 3-point bending, and shear, as well as a thermal test measuring heat deflection temperature under load
(HDT-B).
FILAMAG-F combines flexibility and stability
The characterizations presented here were conducted on parts printed with FILAMAG-F. The data reveals the unique mechanical behavior of FILAMAG-F between a thermoplastic and an elastomer. It combines the properties of stability with its density of 2.8 and flexibility with its hardness of 98 Shore A. Shore A measurements are made for elastomer materials. These properties allow FILAMAG-F printed parts to be easily used on parts with angles, corners or with rounded shapes; real geometries industrial companies have to deal with!
